PRIVACY POLICY AND IMAGE RIGHTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The data collected in the membership register of the Casal Catal\u00e0 de Z\u00faric, as well as those data collected for the organization of activities and events, will only be handled by the members of the Board, with the purpose of making internal statistics on the profiles of the members and attendees, in order to better guide the offer of activities. The data provided will never be public and will not be transferred to third parties, except in cases where there is a legal obligation. In no case will information be transferred to third parties without requesting the authorization of the members. The data will be kept as long as the condition of member is maintained, or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any person, whether a member or not of the Casal Catal\u00e0 de Z\u00faric, has the right to consult whether the Casal possesses their personal data and to request its rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, data portability and\/or opposition, in accordance with the provisions of articles 15 to 22 of the RGPD, by sending an email to cczuric@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People who participate in the activities organized by the Casal Catal\u00e0 de Z\u00faric, whether by purchasing a paid ticket or signing up for free, by default accept being photographed and that the Casal uses these photographs for promotion on social networks and\/or the website. These images will be taken, as far as possible, as general views of the activity, avoiding close-ups and, especially, the appearance of children. Participants who are not interested in appearing must communicate this to the Board member in charge of organizing the activity at the beginning of it. If at any time participants wish to withdraw their image consent for any image that appears on the Casal\u2019s website or networks, they can communicate this to cczuric@gmail.com<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
